Nouma and advanced skin rejuvenation

Combination protocols for texture, tone and firmness

From €200

Nouma-type rejuvenation protocols combine controlled micro-injury, bioactive infusion and skin-quality injectables to remodel texture and tone over a planned course. They suit patients whose main concern is skin quality rather than volume or movement.

What it is

  • A structured protocol rather than a single product: skin analysis determines the sequence of micro-needling, bioactive infusion, skin boosters and, where indicated, radiofrequency.
  • The aim is dermal remodelling — better collagen architecture, more even pigment and stronger barrier function.

Who it suits

  • Uneven texture, enlarged pores, post-acne scarring
  • Dull tone, early laxity and crepey skin
  • Patients who want visible improvement without injectable volume
  • Not suitable during isotretinoin treatment, active infection or in keloid-prone healing without discussion

Products we use

CE-approved micro-needling systems, bioactive infusions, skin boosters and exosome preparations as indicated

How the treatment is performed

  • Detailed skin assessment with photographs under standard lighting.
  • Sequenced sessions, each adjusted to how your skin responded to the last.
  • Home skincare prescription that supports the in-clinic work.

Safety

Protocol intensity matched to Fitzpatrick skin type to avoid post-inflammatory pigmentation.

Before your appointment

Stop retinoids 3–5 days before; strict sun avoidance for two weeks prior in darker skin types.

Aftercare

Strict SPF, gentle cleanser and barrier cream for 3 days, no make-up for 24 hours, no sauna for 48 hours.

Results and longevity

  • Texture improves visibly from the second session; tone and firmness continue improving for three months after the course.
  • Results are maintained with one or two sessions a year plus home care.

Possible side effects and risks

Redness, dryness, temporary sensitivity; post-inflammatory pigmentation in darker skin if protocol is too aggressive.

Follow-up

Standardised photography at baseline, mid-course and three months after the final session.

Questions about this treatment

Is this the same as micro-needling?

Micro-needling is one component. The protocol combines it with infusions and, where useful, injectables and radiofrequency.

Is it safe for darker skin?

Yes, with adjusted settings, pre-treatment preparation and strict sun protection.

Can it replace filler?

No. It improves skin quality; volume loss still needs volume replacement.
