Mesotherapy delivers a tailored cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants directly into the dermis, improving hydration, glow, fine lines and skin resilience. It is a course treatment, not a single appointment.
What it is
- Nutrients that cannot penetrate the skin barrier in a cream are placed exactly where fibroblasts can use them, stimulating collagen and improving the skin's water-holding capacity.
- Formulations are chosen for the problem: dullness, dehydration, early lines, acne-prone skin, hair thinning or the neck and décolleté.
Who it suits
- Dull, dehydrated, tired-looking skin
- Early fine lines and loss of bounce
- Smokers, frequent travellers and anyone with sun-stressed skin
- Also used on the scalp for hair thinning and on the neck, hands and décolleté
- Not suitable in active infection, pregnancy or known allergy to a component
Products we use

Results and longevity
- Immediate glow after the first session, but the real change appears after sessions three and four.
- Best maintained with a booster every 3–6 months.
Possible side effects and risks
Redness, tiny papules for a few hours, pinpoint bruising, rare allergic reaction.
Follow-up
Photographic comparison at the end of the course and a maintenance schedule tailored to your skin.
Questions about this treatment
How many sessions do I need?
Most skin types need four to six sessions two to three weeks apart before maintenance.
Can I have it before an event?
Yes, but allow at least three days for redness and small bumps to settle.
Is it the same as skin boosters?
They overlap. Mesotherapy is nutrient-focused across a course; skin boosters place larger volumes of stabilised hyaluronic acid for longer hydration.
